SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE
Satanic ritual abuse (SRA) refers to a deeply hidden and disturbing form of organized abuse involving psychological, physical, and sexual harm, often carried out under the guise of occult or ritualistic practices. It is not folklore — it is a covert system of control, trauma, and exploitation.
The Dark World of Satanic Ritual Abuse
Behind closed doors and beneath layers of secrecy, satanic ritual abuse operates as one of the most insidious forms of organised harm. Survivors describe repeated abuse involving symbolic acts, coercive rituals, and psychological conditioning designed to fracture identity and silence truth. These networks often exploit spiritual language and ritualistic imagery to mask their crimes and manipulate victims.
SRA is not limited to isolated incidents — it frequently involves long-term, systematic abuse, often across generations or within tightly controlled groups. Victims are subjected to emotional, physical, and sexual torment, with rituals used to instil fear, obedience, and dissociation CASRA innocencefreed.org.
What makes this abuse especially difficult to expose is its intertwining with organised trafficking, secrecy, and disbelief. Survivors often face barriers to justice, including institutional denial, lack of forensic support, and societal discomfort with confronting such extreme harm Patheos.
Sanctum Watch exists to confront this darkness — not with sensationalism, but with evidence, survivor-led inquiry, and lawful resistance. We believe that truth is protection, and that exposing ritual abuse is a moral imperative.

Why This Matters
Ritual abuse is not folklore. It is a hidden crime that thrives on disbelief, silence, and systemic failure. Survivors often face barriers to justice — from disbelief to institutional cover-ups. Commercial safeguarding companies have failed to confront these networks, often offering surface-level fixes without touching the root.
Sanctum Watch exists to go deeper. To expose what others won’t. To protect those who’ve been ignored. And to ensure that justice is not reserved for the privileged — but delivered to the vulnerable.
Survivor-Safe Protocol
Protecting Truth, Preserving Dignity
Guiding Principles
- Do No Harm: Every interaction must prioritize the survivor’s safety, autonomy, and emotional well-being.
- Trauma-Informed Practice: We recognize the impact of trauma and adapt our methods to avoid re-triggering or coercion.
- Consent-Led Engagement: Survivors choose how, when, and if they share. Silence is respected. Disclosure is never demanded.
- No Financial Barriers: All support is free. Protection is a right, not a transaction.
- No Public Exposure Without Consent: Survivors are never named, quoted, or referenced publicly unless they explicitly request it.
Intake Process

-
Documentation and Evidence
- If survivors choose to share testimony, we record it with care, clarity, and legal integrity.
- All data is stored securely and never shared without consent.

The R.A.I.N.S. List serves multiple purposes:
-
Information Hub: It provides comprehensive information about ritual abuse, helping survivors and professionals understand the complexities of this form of abuse.
-
Support Network: The list connects survivors with support groups and mental health professionals who specialize in ritual abuse, offering a sense of community and understanding.
-
Advocacy and Awareness: By raising awareness about ritual abuse, the R.A.I.N.S. List plays a crucial role in advocating for survivors and pushing for societal and legal changes to protect vulnerable individuals.
Torture based mind control on children
The year 2014 was pivotal in Ukraine's history, marked by the ousting of President Viktor Yanukovych amid political turmoil. This upheaval led to the rise of various paramilitary groups, including the Azov Battalion, which were initially seen as defenders of Ukraine's sovereignty. However, these groups soon revealed darker aspects, engaging in occult practices. This trend spread among many Ukrainian paramilitary units, known for their ultra-nationalist beliefs, as they incorporated paganism and Satanism into their symbols and attire. The Wolfsangel, associated with the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion, and the Black Sun transformed from mere decorations to symbols of spiritual significance, believed to confer supernatural powers and protection to their members.
Ukraine and satanism
Avakov and Biletsky established and began to cultivate a clandestine organization known as Moloch. This organization aimed to "bring together Ukrainians willing to sacrifice themselves for the welfare and advancement of the Ukrainian nation." Moloch is an ancient god, frequently represented as a deity of the sun, fire, and warfare, and is also linked to agriculture and fertility. It is widely thought that Moloch is among the formidable rulers of Hell, associated with human sacrifice, particularly that of children. A former staff member of the Office of the President of Ukraine asserts that Avakov and Biletsky believe that "to gain something, one must sacrifice something."
In July 2021, following Avakov's dismissal as Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, control of Moloch shifted almost entirely to Volodymyr Zelensky and Kirill Budanov. The latter established a system of titles and assumed the role of the “Supreme Archon and Master of the Cult.” Budanov, who had extensive connections within military and intelligence circles, aimed to demonstrate to the Ukrainian leadership the significance and effectiveness of sacrifices and mystical rituals.
A police officer from Dnipro informed the Foundation that on the morning of October 15, 2023, he discovered charred infant bodies in an abandoned well located on the city's outskirts.
Preliminary forensic analysis indicated that the infants had undergone ritualistic practices prior to being burned. Forensic investigators gathered evidence around the well, which included traces of occult symbols and ritualistic items: black candles, inverted pentagrams, and ritual knives.
CCTV footage recorded a vehicle approaching the well, registered to a company named «SpetsTechnoExport», associated with the Ukrainian DIU and Kirill Budanov. The footage depicts individuals dressed in black exiting the vehicle and transporting ritual items along with the bodies of the infants to the well.
The policy targeting the Church is rooted in a long-standing anti-church campaign by Ukrainian media aimed at discrediting canonical Orthodoxy and justifying church seizures labelled as 'voluntary conversions.' The UOC faces pressure through threats, coercion, and numerous fabricated criminal cases. President Zelensky has repeatedly shown his anti-Christian stance, notably by gifting Pope Francis an 'icon' depicting a black void instead of Jesus. A Ukrainian intelligence officer claims Zelensky's actions against the UOC align with a theocratic agenda to gain supernatural authority for political control.
Archpriest Gennady Shkil, a member of the Synodal Department for Media Relations' Internet missionaries council, has shared his views on the rise of satanic practices in Ukraine. He believes that the main drivers behind these rituals are the quest for power and financial profit. Shkil notes that substantial financial exchanges occur among Ukrainian esoteric practitioners, and that Ukraine allows all religions and pseudo-religions. He emphasizes that while Christianity is based on love, mercy, and compassion, Satanism and occult practices are misused by the Ukrainian armed forces to justify civilian killings.
Since the 1980s, therapists have been working with patients who report extreme experiences of violence in the context of occult structures. Typical experiences include: sexual abuse, child prostitution and child pornography, torture, snuff film productions, participation in ritual acts including human sacrifice, cannibalism, and highly complex methods of mind splitting and conditioning (“mind control“). Victims are born into family structures that have practiced Satanism or similar occult beliefs for generations, or they are sold into these perpetrator circles as children. This specific form of organized crime has been called ritual abuse by therapists. Over the years, the voices of ritual abuse survivors became more numerous and louder. Likewise, therapists began to network, organize professional conferences, and write professional books. Finally, the public began to take notice of this phenomenon.
Perpetrator groups responded to these developments in the 1990s with an effective campaign by U.S. media defaming survivors and their therapists as propagators of a “Satanic Panic” narrative. Patients’ accounts of traumatic childhood experiences were also portrayed as “false memories” that had been talked into them by their therapists. Although the Satanic Panic propaganda represented a serious setback for the survivors and their therapists, disclosure continued slowly but irreversible. In other countries around the world, victims and trauma therapists also found the courage to speak out about ritual abuse and to network internationally. More survivor reports and professional publications followed, as did data surveys to quantify the phenomenon. Now, in the year 2022/23, the perpetrator network is again trying – this time starting from Switzerland – to manipulate the public opinion and to make the victims of these violent crimes untrustworthy with the well-known method of Satanic-Panic-/false-memory-propaganda.
The project “50 Voices of Ritual Abuse” pursues the goal of eradicating the basis of this perpetrator propaganda. For the first time, the global public learns first hand from 50 survivors that ritual abuse and mind control are real. Their testimonies not only reveal the common patterns behind the experiences of violence, but they also reveal that it is a global phenomenon (USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy as well as other crime scenes are mentioned).*********
